Labor fees billed by the minute
(with a minimum charge of $5 at our store and $25 at your location)

•  $180 per hour for a Level 1 Technician ($3 per minute)

• $240 per hour for a Level 2 Technician ($4 per minute)

We also offer flat rate device repairs
to help you save money

We charge a non-refundable deposit called a "Bench Fee" when you leave a device with us.
Once we determine estimated time and cost of completion you will be presented with an estimate.
If you approve our estimate your bench fee will be credited towards the cost of the repair

• $30 bench fee for Laptops and Desktops (or similar sized device)

• $10 bench fee for Tablets & Cellphones (or similar sized device)
